Christian Pulisic has spoken about his Chelsea future as he remains linked with a transfer away from Stamford Bridge.
“allfootballleague” stated earlier this week that he is desired on loan by Premier League teams Liverpool and Newcastle, Atletico Madrid, Milan, Inter, and his previous club, Borussia Dortmund.
While Christian Pulisic was a vital member of the USMNT’s run to the World Cup’s last 16 this winter, he has struggled to find game time at the club level this season, starting just four games for Chelsea.
Pulisic discusses his future ambitions on the Indirect Podcast.
“Right now, I’m completely back at Chelsea,” he said. “[I am] focused and prepared to complete the season.
“But you already know how football works. Things change quickly, and anything is possible. I’m simply pushing myself in training and working at Chelsea right now because that’s where I’m at.”
Pulisic was then asked about Graham Potter’s impact as Chelsea’s head coach since taking over for Thomas Tuchel.
“He’s been good,” said the American. “He’s come in, and the way he’s worked with and communicated with the players has most impressed me. We got off to a great start with him.
“We’ve had some issues in recent weeks, but I believe he’s working through them, and I believe the guys have accepted him well. We’re ecstatic. There will be excellent things in the future.”
